Concept  

 The concept is to rehabilitate the old Guard Tower to an F&B project. The food providing is 'Poon Choi' which is a

traditional chinese food. It is the place providing room for families to gather with privacy.

 

Strategy  

The materials used are wood and green materials in order to generate a comfortable and natural mood at home. The stair is

re-arranged to the outside so that every party can achieve to their own place not disturbing into a circle overlapped with

the rectangle shape. The overlapping layout is used to create the divisionof function in plan.
